1. Debrid Service

   Choose your streaming service. This sets which presets are included and how the cache layer is configured.

2. Your Device

   Device profile sets audio exclusions, codec restrictions, and HDR/DV handling automatically.

3. Resolution

   Determines the PSE stack, resolution locks, and dynamic addon fetching threshold.

4. Audio

   Sets excludedAudioTags and preferredAudioChannels. Device-managed means the device profile (Step 2) decides.

   See a summary of your choices, optionally give the template a custom name, then click Generate & Download. The file is saved as a .json ready to import directly into AIOStreams.

What the generated template includes

Every generated template contains the full production infrastructure from Core Builds stable releases:

Presets & scrapers

• Library — continue watching / user library
• Zilean — fast cached torrent search
• SeaDex — best-release anime (enabled based on content choice)
• StremThru Torz / StremThru Store — debrid cache layer
• Meteor, Comet, MediaFusion — primary scrapers
• HdHub, EZTV, Torrent Galaxy, Knaben, TorrentsDB — supplementary scrapers
• AIOSubtitle — English subtitles
• TorBox Search — TorBox-native search (disabled by default, enable as needed)

Excluded Stream Expressions (ESEs)

• Per-Addon Flood Guard — caps per scraper (Meteor ≤5, Comet ≤5, MediaFusion ≤4, EZTV ≤3, HdHub ≤3, Knaben ≤1, TorrentsDB ≤1)
• Bad Dual Audio Groups — 27 groups that falsely label tracks as dual-audio
• Usenet Propagation Guard — hides Usenet streams younger than 2 hours
• Hard YouTube Kill, 3D Content Kill, Season Pack Kill
• Hard Resolution Kill — 4K excluded when 1080p-only is selected
• DV-Only Kill — Dolby Vision-only streams excluded on Samsung / Fire Stick
• Extra Cached HQ / LQ / Uncached — perGroup() dedup capping 3 streams per quality tier per resolution

Preferred Stream Expressions (PSEs)

Quality-tier PSE stack matched to your resolution choice:

• 4K: Elite REMUX pin → S-Tier 4K REMUX → A-Tier 4K WEB-DL HDR → B-Tier 4K WEB-DL → C-Tier any 4K → 1080p tiers → codec/audio/HDR boosters
• 1080p: Elite REMUX pin → S/A/B/C 1080p tiers → 720p fallback → codec booster
• Ultrawide: 1080p tiers → 1440p → 4K REMUX → 4K WEB-DL HDR → any 4K → 720p → boosters

After importing

1. Set your service credentials — AIOStreams → Settings → enter your TorBox / AllDebrid / RD API key
2. Set your TMDB token — Settings → TMDB Access Token (required for accurate title matching)
3. Configure StremThru — the StremThru preset needs your debrid service linked in the StremThru Store options
4. Tune PSEs — the generated PSEs are solid defaults; see Customising to add IQR adaptive bitrate floors or other advanced tiers

The configurator generates a v0.1.0 starting point. For the most advanced filtering (IQR Tukey fence PSEs, Score IQR Guard, elite group scoring), use the hand-tuned template directory templates directly.
